• Leave the M1 at Junction 21,
• Exit onto A5460 towards Leicester
• At the roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Narborough Road S/B4114
• Turn left onto Soar Valley Way / A563, continue to follow A563
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Saffron Lane / B5366
• Continue to follow B5366, going through several of traffic lights
